difficult\u00e9s langagi\u00e8res:<\/p><ul><li>\u00c0 12 mois : Peu ou pas de vocalisations ou babillage, absence de pointage, ou ne r\u00e9pond pas \u00e0 son pr\u00e9nom.<\/li><li>\u00c0 18 mois : Peu de tentatives de communication, absence d\u2019imitation de sons ou de mots.<\/li><li>\u00c0 2 ans : Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre des consignes simples ou \u00e0 combiner deux mots (ex. : <em>\u00ab\u00a0donne balle\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>).<\/li><li>\u00c0 3 ans : Difficult\u00e9 avec la compr\u00e9hension des concepts abstraits (ex. : <em>sous, rouge, trois, apr\u00e8s<\/em>) ou \u00e0 former de courtes phrases.<\/li><li>\u00c0 4 ans : Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 tenir une conversation ou utilise uniquement des phrases courtes avec de nombreuses erreurs.<\/li><li>\u00c0 5 ans : Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 raconter des histoires ou \u00e0 exprimer clairement ses pens\u00e9es, comp\u00e9tences langagi\u00e8res immatures par rapport aux pairs.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Trouble des sons de la parole (TSP) :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Les parents ont de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre la parole de leur enfant.<\/li><li>Les autres (famille \u00e9largie, amis, \u00e9ducateurs) ont aussi du mal \u00e0 comprendre l\u2019enfant.<\/li><li>Transformations fr\u00e9quentes des sons dans la parole ou pr\u00e9sence de z\u00e9zaiement (sigmatisme).<\/li><li>L\u2019enfant ressent de la frustration ou de la d\u00e9tresse face \u00e0 une difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 se faire comprendre.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Trouble orofacial myofonctionnel (TOM):<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Respiration buccale, l\u00e8vres souvent ouvertes, mauvais alignement des dents, ou ronflements sans congestion nasale.<\/li><li>Mauvaise position de la langue pour parler, au repos ou avaler.<\/li><li>Difficult\u00e9s d\u2019articulation.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Troubles de l\u2019alimentation et de la d\u00e9glutition :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Difficult\u00e9s lors de la transition vers les pur\u00e9es ou les aliments solides.<\/li><li>Toux, \u00e9touffements ou reflex de \u2018gag\u2019 fr\u00e9quents pendant les repas ou les boissons.<\/li><li>Signes d\u2019aspiration des aliments ou liquides (ex. : voix mouill\u00e9e apr\u00e8s les repas, infections respiratoires fr\u00e9quentes, besoins fr\u00e9quents de man\u0153uvres pour d\u00e9gager la nourriture).<\/li><li>Difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 m\u00e2cher ou \u00e0 d\u00e9placer efficacement les aliments dans la bouche.<\/li><li>Reflux d\u2019aliments ou de liquides par le nez.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>R<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>sonance et dysfonctions velopharyng<\/strong><strong>\u00e9e<\/strong><strong>s:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Enfant n\u00e9 avec une fente labiale et\/ou palatine n\u00e9cessitant une th\u00e9rapie orthophonique.<\/li><li>Voix nasillarde, voix enrhum\u00e9e en absence de congestion nasale, ou passage\/turbulence d&rsquo;air audible par le nez lors de la parole.<\/li><li>Difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 souffler de l\u2019air par la bouche, for\u00e7age par le nez pour produire des sons, ou reflux alimentaire\/liquidien par le nez.<\/li><li>Changements dans la parole apr\u00e8s une chirurgie (ex. :
